STOCKTON, Calif., August 17, 2026 — (KOREWIRE) — The Super Crowd, Inc., a public benefit corporation, today announced that it will stream webinars produced by the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) on SuperCrowd.tv, making the association’s educational programming available free to viewers on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and the web.
The CfPA’s 2026 webinar library is already available on SuperCrowd.tv as video-on-demand programming. Upcoming CfPA webinars will also stream live on the channel, beginning with “Side-by-Side Offerings: Can Reg CF Work Alongside Other Capital-Raising Paths?” on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
There is no charge to download or access SuperCrowd.tv.
“Education is central to the CfPA’s mission of strengthening the regulated crowdfunding ecosystem,” said Brian Belley, volunteer President of the Crowdfunding Professional Association and CTO at Kingscrowd. “Working with The Super Crowd gives us another way to make thoughtful, practical conversations with industry professionals accessible to a much broader audience. We’re excited that people will be able to watch these discussions not only from their computers, but on their televisions through SuperCrowd.tv.”
The August 19 webinar addresses an increasingly important question for issuers and the professionals who serve them: how Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) can operate alongside other exemptions from securities registration.
At the webinar, experts will discuss how Regulation Crowdfunding may interact with Rule 506(b), Rule 506(c), Regulation A Tier 2, and other fundraising pathways. The webinar will feature Sean O’Reilly, Founder and CEO of New Columbia Capital, and Marty Tate, Partner at Massey Bean & Lewis. Brian Christie, Vice Chair of the Crowdfunding Professional Association, will moderate the discussion.
The panel will discuss what “side-by-side” really means, why issuers may use more than one exemption, and the mechanics of running side-by-side offerings. This discussion is designed for crowdfunding professionals, platforms, issuers, service providers, and others navigating the evolving exempt offering landscape.

For The Super Crowd, the collaboration represents another step in the development of SuperCrowd.tv as a television and streaming destination focused on impact investing, entrepreneurship, crowdfunding and capital formation.
“Regulation Crowdfunding created an extraordinary opportunity to democratize access to both capital and investment opportunities, but a healthy market also depends on education,” said Devin Thorpe, CEO of The Super Crowd, Inc., a public benefit corporation, and volunteer Treasurer of the Crowdfunding Professional Association. “The CfPA brings together some of the most knowledgeable professionals working in this field. We’re delighted to use the technology we’ve built for SuperCrowd.tv to help bring their expertise to more people—and to make that programming available free of charge.”
Thorpe added, “Television remains a uniquely powerful medium. Putting serious conversations about entrepreneurship, crowdfunding and capital formation on television helps take these topics beyond industry conferences and webinars viewed only on laptops. Our goal with SuperCrowd.tv is to build a channel people can turn to when they want to understand how capital can be used to build businesses, strengthen communities and create positive impact.”
Expanding Access to Crowdfunding Education
The Crowdfunding Professional Association serves participants across the regulated crowdfunding ecosystem, including funding platforms, issuers, investors, attorneys, accountants, technology providers, marketing professionals and other service providers.
Its webinar series brings practitioners together to explore legal, regulatory and operational issues affecting online capital formation.
By distributing the programming through SuperCrowd.tv, the CfPA webinars become available in a traditional television viewing environment while remaining accessible over the web. Viewers with supported Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices can download the SuperCrowd.tv channel and watch without a subscription fee.
The partnership also provides continuing access to previously recorded programming. The CfPA’s 2026 webinars are now available within SuperCrowd.tv’s video-on-demand library, allowing viewers to watch programs after their original live presentations.
