Dubai, U.A.E – September 15, 2026 – VoiceAIWrapper, a white label AI voice agent platform used by agencies that sell conversational AI to their clients, has introduced an AI Agent Builder. The builder takes an agency or its client through five steps to a ready-to-call voice agent, with the voice, greeting, system prompt and tools already configured.
Setting up the first agent is often the slowest part of onboarding a new client. An agency has to gather business details, write a system prompt, choose a voice and connect booking or lead tools before a single test call can be made. The AI Agent Builder is designed to shorten that stage.
How the builder works
The builder follows five steps. The user first picks an industry and use case template, or starts blank. They then describe the business, either by typing the details or by pasting a website address so the builder can scan the site and pre-fill the form. In the third step they set the agent’s language, tone and the goal for each call. The fourth step adds optional tools. In the final step the builder generates the greeting and the full system prompt, which can be edited before the agent is created.
Agents can be built on any of three voice AI providers connected to VoiceAIWrapper: Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs.
Three tools are available in the builder. Appointment booking through Cal.com checks availability first and books only a slot the caller has chosen. A transfer tool hands the call to a person. A lead capture tool sends caller details to a webhook.
Client access
Agencies control who can use the builder. A “create agents” setting in each client workspace’s access settings turns the builder on inside the agency’s branded client portal. Provider names and settings stay hidden from the client, so the client sees only the agency’s brand.

The AI Agent Builder was released on August 5, 2026, alongside several other changes to the platform. Agencies can now reorder the client portal sidebar with a live preview, decide per client whether call recordings can be played back, allow or block sign-ups from specific countries, and sign in with Google. Client management and campaign screens were also redesigned.
