Cherry Lane in Fort Worth, Texas, marking the company’s second retail acquisition in the month of September. The transaction follows its Sept. 2 acquisition of Burlington Commons, formerly Eric Lane Shopping Center, in Burlington, North Carolina. 

Situated on nearly 11 acres in west Fort Worth’s Westgate Addition submarket, the property is anchored by Academy Sports + Outdoors alongside The Picklr. 

The acquisition builds on 10 Federal’s established presence in Tarrant County, where the company already operates seven self-storage facilities in communities including Arlington, Lake Worth, Keller, North Richland Hills, and Azle. Tarrant County has experienced significant population growth in recent years, ranking among the nation’s fastest-growing counties, according to USAFacts.
