CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Okuma America Corporation today announced the promotion of Mrs. Summer Cline to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This promotion recognizes Summer’s significant contributions to the organization and reflects the company’s strategic commitment to supporting continued growth and long-term success.

Summer Cline joined Okuma America in 2018 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2024. In her current role, she oversees the company’s finance, accounting, commercial operations, human resources, and information technology functions. As CFO, she will continue to lead these areas while driving strategic financial initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives and future vision.

Prior to joining Okuma America, Summer served as Vice President of Finance for Source Technologies, a Charlotte-based technology company, where she worked for two years. Before that, she spent more than a decade with Compass Group North America, a leading food service and support services organization. During her tenure, she held positions of increasing responsibility, including Project Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of Strategic Projects. Earlier in her career, she worked as a State and Local Tax Consultant with Grant Thornton LLP. Summer holds a Masters of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
