Prolink, a premier workforce solutions firm, today announced a new partnership with Brightfield, a leader in AI-powered workforce intelligence, to expand the data and analytics capabilities of ProMSP, Prolink’s managed service provider (MSP) solution. The expanded offering will give ProMSP clients greater visibility into costs, supplier performance, talent supply and demand, and market conditions to support more informed workforce decisions.
Prolink will incorporate Brightfield’s Talent Data Exchange (TDX), an AI market intelligence platform that transforms global data into real-time, actionable insights across contingent labor and services procurement, into its ProMSP offering. By bringing these data sources together, ProMSP will give clients one centralized experience for accessing workforce dashboards, market benchmarks, savings opportunities, and strategic guidance. As a result, healthcare organizations will be better equipped to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, and plan for changing workforce needs.
“Healthcare organizations are managing increasingly complex workforces across multiple suppliers, talent channels, and labor categories, while also facing pressure to control costs and ensure they have the talent they need,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink. “Today’s MSP needs to do more than provide visibility into the workforce. It needs to help organizations understand what the data means, identify opportunities, and plan for what’s ahead. Our partnership with Brightfield strengthens ProMSP’s ability to bring that intelligence to our clients.”
The enhanced ProMSP offering is designed to help clients:
- Improve workforce visibility with insights across all talent and labor categories, providing a broader view of workforce utilization and staffing needs.
- Strengthen cost management through real-time market rate and spend visibility, rate benchmarking, bill-rate analysis, and data-driven savings opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance through comparative scorecards and analysis across suppliers, labor categories, and key program metrics.
- Understand market dynamics with workforce supply and demand insights, vacancy, and turnover trends, as well as market and competitive benchmarks.
- Support workforce planning with predictive analysis to identify potential supply gaps, skills shortages, seasonal needs, and opportunities to optimize talent channels and workforce mix.
“The opportunity here is to move workforce intelligence closer to the decisions that matter,” said Sarah Koshiol, Chief Revenue Officer at Brightfield. “By pairing Brightfield’s market intelligence with Prolink’s deep understanding of its clients and their workforce programs, we can help healthcare organizations challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and make faster, more confident decisions about how and where they invest in talent.”
The partnership will leverage TDX capabilities, including real-time market rate intelligence, rate benchmarking, supplier analysis, workforce supply and demand insights, and AI-driven rate forecasting, combined with client VMS data and Prolink’s MSP expertise. Prolink will use these insights to provide clients with data-driven recommendations, strategy sessions, and advisory tailored to their workforce programs.
ProMSP will continue to expand its workforce intelligence capabilities to support more predictive workforce planning, including demand forecasting, seasonal and surge planning, vacancy and retention analysis, and recommendations around talent mix and sourcing strategies.
“ProMSP is built around a simple idea: our clients should have the information they need to make smarter, outcome-focused workforce decisions, not just data about what happened,” said Vanessa Janus, Chief Workforce Solutions Officer at Prolink. “We’re bringing together workforce data, market intelligence, and our MSP expertise to help clients understand what’s happening across their workforce, identify efficiencies, and plan more effectively for what comes next.”
