GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”), a New York City-based private equity firm investing in U.S. lower middle market industrial services and business services companies, today announced that its portfolio company NVI, LLC (“NVI”), has acquired Barracuda Specialty Services, LLC (“Barracuda” or the “Company”), a provider of inspection and rope access services in the Gulf Coast region. This represents NVI’s first acquisition since partnering with GenNx360 in February 2026.

NVI, based in Gray, Louisiana, is a national provider of testing, inspection, integrity, and program management services for customers across the energy infrastructure, data center, industrial manufacturing, power generation, and marine end markets.
