S4CH Compass includes patient demographics, visits and encounters, clinician productivity, billing, quality measures / HEDIS, immunizations, lab orders, scheduled appointments, HCC gaps and risks, hospital utilization, departments and facilities, and UDS tables, with coverage varying slightly depending on the client’s specific needs. Accuracy is guaranteed by only querying data definied in the S4CH verified data model, utilizing pre-verified question-and-answer patterns and confidence indicators, showing how the product calculated the results, and the ability to use thumbs up or down buttons on any answer. S4CH is currently working on additional data souces to be added into S4CH Compass to allow users to have a full 360 degree view of their organization.
